Kundalini is a householders yoga. I was surprised to find out that Yogi Bhajan operated 14 businesses and also developed a very successful drugless rehabilitation program for addictions treatment. It was also my experience that many of the Kundalini yogis I encountered looked ageless and radiant and were healthy, happy and prosperous members of their communities. Kundalini yoga IS for everyone, however, lots of different types of yoga are available. Go yoga shopping. Experience them all. Each is a tool. YOGA POD
Share a session with a group of friends. Support each other in the practice and enjoyment of learning Kundalini yoga. A great way to get individual attention and learn to access and use the tools available.
Practicing in groups of 3 or more is very effective and personally supportive especially if there are no Kundalini yoga classes in your area.

Yogi on the run….. sharing the joy and bliss!
I am traveling a bit more this season. If you would like to take advantage of yoga and massage services, please let me know. To make it easier to choose, I have listed several ideas for workshops and spa party events. Travel costs will be considered. Satellite services are now available in some areas including massage in Pender Harbour area and massage and yoga on Gabriola Island, BC.

We will learn the 10 bodies of awareness and experience a kriya to wake up and energize each. This session will feature a powerful meditation for prosperity. Don’t miss it!! Managing Stress with Flying Colors - February
Do you have reserve capacity to get to your destination despite the snowstorm? Our energy can be flowing, we can be eating well, sleeping enough, but if our adrenals fail, it is hard to keep up. We get tired and snappy. Glandular balance and strong adrenals and kidneys are important to have that extra edge and to control anger and hypoglycemia. Learn Yogi breathing to regenerate daily.
